08:00 hours:
The observation…
Arriving at the Liverpool Aesthetics and Dental Spa at 08:00 am, we (the wife and I) were greeted with smiles from the reception desk staff and instructed to take a seat. We were the first clients to arrive. Immediately we were offered tea/coffee etc the tea arrived and a short but pleasant conversation started between us and one of the staff. More clients arrived and received the same welcome. Mr. Marius McGovern appeared smiling and greeted us, we shook hands and he requested Lisa (the wife) to the treatment room and complimented her about her appearance as they disappeared into the operating room. I sat down and realized more clients had arrived, they had coffee or tea already and one gentleman received a newspaper while discussing his status and the treatment that was about to happen. The wife’s treatment was somewhat of an unusual nature and very different circumstances from almost all the other clients.
Throughout the day the waiting room became a hive of activity; clients in and out, more than one telephone wringing at reception and random people arriving to enquire about all sorts of issues; there’s always pleasant laughter in the air; an unusual sign in waiting rooms. All those other clients were coming and going all day, men, women and children. I gave up counting the people arriving and started reading and using my mobile, but was conscious of their presence.
This is no ordinary waiting room (the staff are not ordinary people), apart from the professional style and layout, a small private area to discuss personal matters or finance, arty pictures, trendy objects etc. There are the usual magazines, newspapers and dental advice/information available to read, these are found in most waiting rooms. But, this waiting room is different- this working environment and the staff are different, can’t put my finger on it.
If you get bored with the papers or magazines, one could wander around and read the diplomacy achievements and certification of the genius himself (Mr. Marius McGovern) displayed on the walls, it’s impressive (a warm comfort come over me knowing the complexity of my wife’s treatment, she was in good hands) to say the least. The staff was on their feet almost non stop and constantly smiling when checking everyone (Water, Coffee, or Tea?) in the waiting area.

The wife appeared smiling, and I was shocked; not only did she have her beautiful smile back but the dental treatment had somehow reshaped her cheeks/mouth area! Wow!
Some staff members gathered around to view the new teeth and smiled pleasingly.
We went for a quick lunch break…
14:00 hours
I was back in the waiting room. It felt good to be back, knowing all the pleasant staff would be buzzing around their duties and checking on the clients. All these clients were new faces.
A smiling face appeared, the wife’s name was called and she disappeared to the treatment room…
More clients came and went. The staff was still busy with everything going on but found the time to smile and check if I required anything to drink etc. The waiting room atmosphere is somewhat angelic, peaceful and calm…
Where did the Mc Govern’s find such nice staff; how did they advertise, ‘Professional Angel’ required for Dental Spa!
The wife appeared smiling with fantastic teeth and a smile I haven’t seen for a long time; even the shape of her face and jaw line had been restored. Marius McGovern is a genius in his field and his team is a credit to him.
I have visited the Liverpool Dental Spa on many occasions during my wife’s treatment and what’s written above is an account of what goes on there…
