Our treatments

We offer a range of treatments, including removable braces, invisible braces, fixed braces and lingual braces.

Removable braces

Our removable braces include Invisalign, ClearStep, Perfect Clear and the Inman Aligner. ClearStep, Invisalign and Perfect Clear operate in a similar way, with patients wearing a series of customised clear aligners, which gently guide the teeth into position. The aligners are virtually invisible, so this could be a good choice if you’re looking for an invisible brace and you have minor orthodontic issues. The Inman Aligner is slightly different. The treatment process involves using a single device, rather than a series of appliances, and the aligner isn’t invisible. That said, it is a lot more discreet than most other braces out there. This is an ideal solution for anyone who needs results fast, as it takes just 16 weeks to correct minor misalignment.

Fixed braces

Fixed braces have come a very long way in a relatively short space of time, and if you thought you had to wear painful, bulky metal braces for months on end to get a gorgeous smile, you’ll be shocked to see the new braces on the block. With treatments like Six Month Smiles and CFast, we can straighten the teeth quickly and discreetly. We are also proud to offer Damon Braces. Lingual braces

Unlike standard fixed braces, these braces are fixed to the back of your teeth, which means that nobody will be able to see them when you smile. We offer a system called MTM No Trace Brace, which is a fast-acting, invisible solution for patients who have issues that affect the front teeth. The average treatment time is just 12-24 weeks.

Introducing Clearstep Clear Aligners To Patients In Liverpool

If you’re looking for a brace, which straightens the teeth without impacting upon the look of your smile, allow us to introduce you to Clearstep.

What is Clearstep?

Clearstep is a clear brace system, which uses removable aligners to gently move and reposition the teeth. Clearstep is a discreet alternative to fixed braces, which enables you to enjoy an amazing new smile without worrying about how your smile looks or what other people think about your braces when you have treatment.

Clearstep offers many advantages because the aligners are light and they use gentle forces, which helps to reduce discomfort. Once you get used to wearing the aligners and remembering to swap them every fortnight, the treatment process is very simple and the results are great!

The Clearstep process

Clearstep treatment involves wearing a series of aligners, rather than a single appliance. Each aligner is worn for around 2 weeks and the series continues until treatment is complete; all the aligners are different and the aim is to guide the teeth into the correct position. Clearstep aligners are taken out to eat and clean the teeth.

Who is the best candidate for Clearstep treatment?

If you have complex issues, which need a lot of movement, this may not be the best option, but our dentists will be happy to go through other treatments with you. We do not generally recommend Clearstep for patients under the age of 14 years old.
